I began my career in the entertainment industry and then transitioned to real estate. These experiences taught me the value of relationships, trust, and adaptability — skills that became invaluable when I discovered my true calling in the senior living industry.

For the past two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to working with seniors, their families, and their advocates and learned that while change can be challenging, it is also essential. When we fail to plan for or embrace change, we risk losing control — and, ultimately, our independence.

My purpose is to educate and empower seniors by providing knowledge, options, and guidance to help them navigate life’s transitions with confidence. Aging is inevitable, but boredom is optional.

Trisha Kennedy Founding Partner

People have always been my passion, which is what led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in psychology. My early career was spent as a life manager to a high-level executive. I then went on to start an organizing and downsizing business called Creative Function.

I have also had the privilege of working alongside residents in a senior living community to help foster life-enriching activities.

Through these experiences, I have been able to grow in my understanding of people in all life stages. This knowledge helps me offer clarity and support to my clients as they take their next steps!
